VALUATIONS
We are able to carry out rental valuations for commercial and residential properties, whether you are a lender, provider, owner/occupier or investor, or simply if you want to know what your property is worth.  Our instructions to date range in size from properties worth many millions of pounds down to small commercial and residential properties.

RENT REVIEWS
A rent review is more  than an excuse to be at loggerheads with your Landlord or Tenant and is an opportunity to do more than determine your rent.  Circumstances for both parties may have changed since the start of occupancy, and we believe that the provision of a rent review can be used to negotiate terms to assist the Landlord and Tenant’s further plans.

RATING APPEALS
It is possible that the Business Rates bill which falls on your doormat is incorrect.  Therefore why pay it without first ensuring you are paying the correct amount.  We offer a service to assess Business Rates and if we believe there is scope for appeal, we will submit appeals and oversee negotiations in order to ensure you are paying the correct amount.
